Return and Refund Policy

The company wants customers to be completely satisfied with their Sugar Defender purchase. If a customer is not happy for any reason, they have 60 days from the purchase date to return the product and request a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Request Authorization – Customers must contact Sugar Defender support at support@sugardefender.com within 60 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an approved RMA will not be processed.
  • Include RMA – The RMA number must be clearly included with the returned product.
  • Ship It Back – After receiving an RMA, customers must send the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Confirm Shipment – After shipping, customers should email Sugar Defender with the RMA number and tracking details.
  • Timely Return – The returned product must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
– Any original accessories included in the purchase must be returned as well.

Important Notes:

Proof of Purchase – A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
No Manufacturer Returns – Purchases should not be sent directly back to the manufacturer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items (as specified upon purchase)

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

  • A partial refund may be granted if the item shows obvious signs of use.
  • Opened media items (such as CDs, DVDs, software) may not qualify for a full refund.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to company error may be eligible for only a partial refund.
  • Any item returned more than 60 days after purchase may not qualify for a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once the company receives and inspects the returned item, customers will be emailed to confirm receipt and informed whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Customers experiencing refund delays should check their bank account. Contacting their credit card company may be necessary, as posting times vary. If the refund is still missing after completing these steps, customers should contact support@sugardefender.com for assistance.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items qualify for a refund—sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

The company only replaces items if they arrive defective or damaged. Customers requesting an exchange for the same item should email support@sugardefender.com for instructions. Exchanges cannot be processed beyond 60 days from the delivery date.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued upon return. The recipient will receive a gift certificate for the refund amount. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
